Um man died in direct on television while complaining about life in Iraq and, more specifically, about the Iraqi Health Service. The victim can be seen to have a more lively conversation with a doctor by the journalists, before to collapse while it was still being filmed.
“There is no job,” he said, in direct at Alsumaria TV, adding that “people are tired”.
The man suffered a heart attack and died immediately, as explained by the university hospital Al-Yarmouk to the Independent. I had gone to seek medical help at this hospital Baghdad, when he saw the journalists and decided to intervene.
At a certain moment it is possible to see him leaning on the doctor with whom he discussed and to collapse. The hospital distanced itself from the man’s death, saying that he had not been assisted before speaking to journalists.
The identity of the victim was not known.
