Nessa, 28, disappeared on September 17 after leaving her London home. She was supposed to meet a friend at a cafe a few minutes from her home, but she never got there. A passerby later found her body in Cator Park.

Police announced on Sunday that a 38-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder. Police arrested him overnight in East Sussex, south of London. “Sabina’s family has been informed of this important development,” a police official said in a statement.
‘Another innocent woman’
The teacher’s death led to shocked reactions, also from the British royal family. Catherine, the wife of Prince William, offered his condolences to the relatives in a message on Twitter. She called it immensely sad that “another innocent young woman has lost her life on our streets.”
About 500 more people showed up at a vigil for Nessa in Pegler Square on Friday, the BBC reported. The victim’s sister spoke to the crowd with emotion. “We have lost a wonderful, caring and beautiful sister,” said Jebina Yasmin Islam. “She left this world way too soon.”
