“On November 3 this year, the police officers of the Caraș-Severin Organized Crime Service, together with the prosecutors of DIICOT – the Caraș-Severin Territorial Office and the Caraș-Severin County Anti-Corruption Service, carried out 8 house searches, in Caraș-Severin County, in – a case in which investigations are carried out, under the aspect of the commission of the crimes of forming an organized criminal group, attempted murder, illegal deprivation of liberty, aiding and abetting of author, abuse of office and intellectual falsification.
Following the searches, various computer systems and other means of evidence necessary for the resolution of the case were seized, 7 people, reasonably suspected of being involved in criminal activities, were brought to the hearing.
In the case, investigations are underway into the activity of an organized criminal group, with the aim of committing the crime of premeditated murder. This group would be made up of three people, from the city of Moldova Nouă, Caraș-Severin County, and would be supported by 4 other people.
Thus, to achieve the objective of the organized criminal group, the three people who would have constituted the organized criminal group, on the night of 22 to 23 January 2021, would have approached, supervised and prosecuted an injured person, whom they would have attacked, after which they would have arrived in front of them. to the building where she lives, repeatedly hitting her with fists, feet and a club.

Thus, on November 3 this year, the DIICOT prosecutors – Caraș Territorial Office – Severin ordered the detention, for 24 hours, of 4 people, under the guise of having committed the crimes of forming an organized criminal group , attempted murder, deprivation of liberty in an illegal way, favoring the author, abuse of office and intellectual falsification.
On November 4 of this year, having been notified of the proposal to adopt the measure of the preventive arrest of the 4 persons detained in the case, the judge of rights and freedoms ordered the measure of preventive arrest for 30 days against one of the suspects and the judicial adoption of the control measure against two other men. As for the fourth suspect, the arrest proposal was rejected, without a preventive measure being ordered.
