This 50-year-old patient is currently being cared for at the Aurillac Hospital Center, in a specialized COVID-19 unit, isolated, set up by the hospital center.
The main home of this person is located in Charente-Maritime, she was currently staying in Cantal.
Investigations into people who have been in contact with the confirmed patent have identified two people, one of whom is isolated at his home and is currently symptomatic.
A course of action has been communicated to him (monitoring of the appearance of possible symptoms such as a cough or fever, and if the appearance of symptoms, call a doctor, attending physician or, failing that, center 15, without going through a consultation in a city office or in the emergency services). The second person identified as having been in contact is domiciled outside Cantal, in the Charente-Maritime department. She was informed and a course of action was also communicated to her.
