Less than 20,000 Ukrainians received COVID vaccinations

Most vaccinations were made with Pfizer – more than 14 thousand

On Sunday, 343 mobile immunization teams, 1,726 vaccination stations and 407 vaccination centers provided vaccinations.

In Ukraine, over the past day, 18,938 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 coronavirus. The vaccination rate has halved compared to with the score for Saturday and at four – compared to Friday, informs Ministry of Health on Monday, February 14.

On Sunday, 5,658 people received the first dose of the vaccine, 8,981 received the second dose, 95 people received an additional dose, and 4,204 received a booster dose.

Yesterday, 343 mobile immunization teams, 1,726 vaccination stations and 407 vaccination centers carried out vaccinations.

Most of the vaccinations were made by the Pfizer company – 14,157. The vaccines produced by Sinovac – 3,254, Moderna – 1,291 and AstraZeneca – 236 were used much less.

Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, 15,577,694 people have been vaccinated, of which 14,958,214 people received two doses, 23,748 people received an additional dose, and 567,242 people received a booster dose. A total of 31,126,896 vaccinations were carried out.

Recall that in Ukraine 50% of adults have already been vaccinated against COVID-19. Every second Ukrainian over the age of 18 received at least one dose of the vaccine.
