A doctor accused of negligence against his 3-year-old daughter was arrested in Larissa.

According to the first information, the authorities’ investigation began after a phone call from the “Smile of the Child” organization. The 47-year-old defendant allegedly committed a crime against his daughter in his car. At the same time, his youngest daughter, 4 months old, was allegedly inside the vehicle.

The accused was found inside the house of Stomio Larisa, where he was with his daughter.

A case was filed against him and he will be taken to the Public Prosecutor of Plimmeliodiki Katerinis.

The 3-year-old was examined in the presence of a child psychologist for a pediatric expert opinion. At the same time, a forensic examination is expected to be carried out.

The car was taken to forensics to be examined for biological material. While in his possession, a mobile phone was also found, which was confiscated, so that it could be sent for laboratory examination.

The divorce with the mother of the 3-year-old

The alleged perpetrator finalized the consensual divorce with the mother of the 3-year-old on the day the events allegedly took place.

The minor was returned by her father to the house, where she lives with her mother, four hours after the pre-agreed time, which is defined by the deed of consensual dissolution of marriage and arrangement of custody of the child. For this reason, she herself filed a relevant complaint against him.
