Jorge Rios remains with home prison since last Monday, when they gave him that benefit after two days of being detained at the 4th Quilmes Police Station, suffered decompensation. The 71-year-old retiree is accused of aggravated murder, and the Justice must determine if it was a murder in legitimate defense or if there were excesses.

Ríos sent an audio to the TN, Crime Chamber in which he assured: “I am afraid, I was not born to kill”. The retiree’s family said that they are going to sell the house and are moving because they received threats.
