In mid-June last year came the news that the Swedish top blogger and influencer Kenza Zouiten Subosic (29) had become a mom for the first time.
Over a year later, the top blogger reveals that she and her husband Aleksandar Subosic are expecting their second child. She shares this on Instagram for a photo of herself with her husband and son Nicola (1).
‘Your mom, dad and big brother are waiting for you. Our little family is growing », she writes to the picture where she stays around the pregnant belly.
The image has already managed to get close to 32,000 likes in just a few minutes and congratulations are pouring in.

Opened up about difficulties
The flu has previously been open that the road to getting pregnant with her son Nicola, was a demanding process for her and her husband Aleks Subosic, whom she married in the summer of 2017.
In a video on YouTubeher channel, she told me about the long struggle they had been through before she became pregnant with Nikola.
It turned out that the couple, after many months of trying to get pregnant, chose to get help from four different gynecologists and fertility experts. It was, among other things, after she noticed that she had problems with her period.

The latest gynecologist could tell that the blogger’s ovaries were about to shut down by stopping producing hormones about 20 years prematurely. Already as a 26-year-old she had very few eggs left, and as a result she will reach menopause shortly.
The blogger was therefore prepared that egg donation from another woman would be a likely alternative, if she wanted to carry her own child. Egg donation is allowed in several European countries, including Sweden. Next year it will also be allowed in Norway.

Found an alternative
In the video, Kenza explained that she was determined to become a mother, regardless of whether it was her own biological or not, and that she therefore opened up that she could not have her own biological child.
Before the couple gave up the fight, they still chose to look at the various options for artificial insemination, in the hope that this could succeed – against all odds.

The couple ended up with IVF (in vitro fertilization), which means that the eggs are extracted from the ovary and fertilized with the man’s semen in a glass bowl. They are then inserted into the woman’s uterus so that it can attach and develop as in a natural conception, according to the organization Desired children.
Since it also made it possible to freeze the few eggs she had left, they thought this would be their best option at the time, the blogger explained.
Took a break from the blog
Kenza has for several years been considered one of Sweden’s biggest bloggers, after running her blog for ten years where she has had over a million readers a week. In April, however, Kenza announced that she would be taking a break from her blog.
– I know that many of you have wondered if I have gotten tired of blogging lately due to my bad updates, but now I will be completely honest with you. I have been blogging since I was 15 years old. I’ll be 30 next year, she initially wrote the blog, and continued:
– I have loved blogging, I have loved keeping in touch with you who have been with you for so many years, and I have loved sharing both ups and downs with you throughout half of my life.

Furthermore, Kenza explained that in the last year she has got the feeling that she only does it out of habit, and that she does not think it is so fun to blog anymore.
– So in order not to draw any hasty conclusions, I will now take a break indefinitely to think and see what I want to do. Maybe I stop blogging altogether, maybe I choose to continue, but in a different way than before, she continued.
