Although today the 40-year-old is considered one of the most busy Polish actresses, the door to her career was opened by the role of Marta Walawska in Colors of Luck.

Over the years, the actress has lost a bit of weight and abandoned the fancy, but often not very accurate stylizations, for much more thoughtful fashion choices.

I suggested that she cut and dye her hair. It was a condition for getting the role, it’s hard to say that someone told someone something. It was a joint opinion between me and Tadeusz Lampka, we both thought it would be good for her to lose some weight and change her image. It wasn’t judging her privately and her as a human being. We were looking for a person to be the editor-in-chief of a women’s magazine. For this role, you just needed a person with a certain appearance and way of dressing. It was an assessment of her suitability for role and physicality, which is an actor’s working tool, so I wouldn’t say it was tactless. Very often, actors lose weight or put weight on the role, and this is normal – she explained.
