The daughter of the Dupnitsa lawyer Emil Peychev came across his lifeless body in his apartment in the Razvesena Wilba neighborhood, writes viaranews.com.
As BLIC reported, he was found with a gunshot wound.
The scene is being serviced by teams of forensic scientists and officers of the Dupnitsa Regional Police Department. During the initial inspection, no traces of burglary were found in the apartment, as well as no signs of violence on Peychev’s body.
Procedural and investigative actions have been taken. A duty prosecutor has been notified.
Emil Peychev is a former employee of the Regional Office in Dupnitsa. He left the system more than 20 years ago. He owned a legal pistol.
According to relatives, the man suffered from severe cancer. This is supposed to be the reason he ended his life.
