Until July 6, 2022, the purchase price of a digitally purchased game can be reclaimed for the Cyberpunk 2077 on the Xbox platform if we purchased the game on an older Xbox One console and received bugs that previously stirred up a huge scandal.
A week after the game was released, when Sony simply deleted the game from its PS4 store, Microsoft decided to offer a one hundred percent unconditional refund to dissatisfied customers. In the six months since then, Microsoft said the Polish development team had managed to get the game up and running so that it could not claim an unconditional refund.
The team at CD Project Red continues to work hard to improve the experience for Xbox gamers with Cyberpunk 2077 with their ongoing updates. Because of these updates, Microsoft has decided that the standard refund rules will apply to the game as of July 6 for both new and previous purchases.

The standard refund rules mean that if we have purchased a game but don’t like it or have a problem with it, we will not get our money back automatically after claiming a refund unless we are eligible for it through a verification process.
Cyberpunk 2077 has just received a new update that will be added to the PS Store returned the game. There, Sony warns gamers in a prominent place not to buy the program on a plain PS4 because they may still encounter bugs in it.
