– The number of those convicted for 11 months of 2023 is 1070, including those deprived of liberty – 362. 122 persons were convicted for committing crimes of a less serious category, 156 persons were convicted for committing crimes of moderate gravity, 474 persons were convicted in criminal cases of a severe category, and in especially serious cases 49 persons were convicted of crimes, 49 persons were sentenced to imprisonment, the court said in a statement.
The press service of the court reported that in 2023 the number of convicted women increased.
– 121 women were convicted. 19 women were convicted of committing less serious crimes, 18 of moderate crimes, 68 of serious crimes, and 4 of especially serious crimes. 12 women committed criminal offenses. Compared to the previous year, the number of women who committed crimes increased by ten, reports the court’s press service.
Last year, 10,699 cases of administrative offenses were also considered and completed in court.
The Chairman of the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Mangistau Regional Court, Gulazhar Bakytzhanova, summed up the work of the regional courts in civil cases, noting that during the reporting period 18,282 claims were received, 15,397 civil cases were considered (in 2022 – 11,290), noting that the number civil cases.
The chairwoman of the board also drew attention to the fact that over the 11 months of last year, compared to the previous period, claims in cases of disputes arising from housing and legal relations, including the collection of payments for residential premises, utilities, disputes in the field of contractual obligations, disputes in the field of public procurement, compensation for damage caused, appealing notarial actions.
40 monetary penalties were imposed on managers and officials of state bodies and private bailiffs. The amount of the imposed monetary penalty amounted to 2,622,000 tenge.
