Action theft of a bicycle The mountain occurred in South Tangerang (Tangsel), Banten. The missing mountain bike, the Orbea Rallon R5, is estimated to be worth IDR 100 million.
“Yes, that’s right. The price according to the owner is Rp. 85 million. As well as accessories, there is also a total of Rp. 100 million,” said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Pamulang Police, Iptu Iskandar when asked for confirmation, Saturday (31/7/2021).
The theft occurred in one of the housing estates on Friday (30/7) night. The owner of the bicycle, IWA, only found out that his bicycle was missing this morning.
According to the victim’s statement, the victim’s bicycle was on the terrace of the house. At that time there were motorbikes and mountain bikes on the terrace.
“The perpetrator only took the mountain bike. Maybe he knew it was expensive,” said Iskandar.
So far, the police have examined a number of clues at the location. CCTV around the location has also been secured by officers.
However, Iskandar mentioned the identity of the perpetrator bike theft this is not known. The police are still trying to check security to collect other evidence.
“The perpetrator is still investigating (investigation). We are still collect evidence with other witnesses,” said Iskandar.
