Hubble photographed a spiral object in the constellation Pisces – Russian newspaper

NASA’s National Aeronautics and Space Administration has unveiled a spiral galaxy image taken by the Hubble Space Telescope.

According to the NASA website, the object is a lattice spiral, known as NGC 7541. It is located in the direction of the constellation Pisces about 110 million light-years from us and is coupled with its neighbor, the galaxy NGC 7537.

The lattice spiral is a galaxy with rotating rings, spiral arms and a bright center that intersects with a strip of gas and stars. The latter passes directly through the central region of the galaxy.

Scientists suggest that this band causes activity and “somewhat enlivens the center of the galaxy,” fueling the myriad processes that occur in this region.

It’s about star formation processes. Perhaps, without this band, these mechanisms would never have been triggered. Similar processes are characteristic of approximately two-thirds of spiral galaxies known to science, including our own Milky Way.

“In fact, NGC 7541 has a higher than usual rate of star formation,” the researchers write. “This adds to the weight of the theory that spiral rods act like star nurseries, driving and directing inward the material and“ fuel ”necessary to create and educate new baby stars. “
