Damage to the heart and lungs
A study issued by Stanford University revealed that the most prominent problems that a person recovering from the Coronavirus may face is that infection sometimes leads to long-term diseases without being linked to chronic diseases, and the study also proved that 35% of those recovering did not return to their normal life after recovering.
The study showed that nearly 70 percent of those included had damage to one or more organs, including the heart and lungs.
The study indicated that some patients experienced symptoms of fatigue, muscle pain, and headaches caused by organ damage.
The study confirmed that heart damage was most common in “Covid-19” patients caused by the Corona virus, and this effect appeared on 39% of them.
The doctors in charge of the study said that the body’s organs were damaged as a result of the inflammation caused by the reaction of the immune system to fight the infection, which is difficult for many patients to overcome.

A study carried by the “Washington Post” newspaper also revealed that there are some disturbing disorders that appeared on those recovering from the Corona virus, which were tiredness, shortness of breath, headache, insomnia, chest and joint pain, coughing, loss of sense of taste and smell, in addition to a rash and fever.
