A controversy arose for an unknown reason between Mustafa Y. and his wife Kiraz Y. working in a shipyard. During the discussion while his children were in another room, Mustafa Y. hit his wife’s neck with an ax. Kiraz Y. lost his life with the blow he received. Mustafa Y. put the body of his wife in the chest under the sofa, then cleared the blood. Mustafa Y. admitted that he went to the police station at night and killed his wife.
The police who came home made investigations. After the examination at the scene, the woman’s body was sent to the Forensic Medicine Institute for an autopsy. While Mustafa Y. was taken into custody, an investigation was launched into the incident. (DHA)
