This was brought up by Neuralink co-founder Max Hodak and one of Musk’s close friends on Twitter when he said that Neuralink, the company he co-founded Elon Musk in 2016, has the technology to create a real life Jurassic Park.

Max Hodak, who co-founded the company in July 2016, took to Brave Twitter on Saturday (April 3). He wrote: “We could probably build Jurassic Park if we wanted.”
Biomedical engineers did not specify how neurotechnology companies might be able to create modern-day dinosaurs, which would have looked like their prehistoric counterparts, but were not genetically identical.
Hodak said: “[Mereka] will not be genetically native dinosaurs, but Maybe 15 years of breeding + engineering to get new super exotic species. “
