There is now an urban corona rapid test station at the old location. The Atrium advice center can be found at Kölner Straße 180 from Monday


The atrium has been in existence as a contact and advice center for mentally stressed migrants since spring 2019. So far, the rooms at Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz were 1-3. A rapid corona test center has now been set up there for the residents of the refugee accommodation. The atrium can be found from Monday (March 8th) in the premises of the health department at Kölner Straße 180.

Mentally stressed migrants can take advice and meet in the atrium. The atrium is a joint project of the Düsseldorf Health Office, the Office for Migration and Integration, the Cultural Office, the Social Psychiatric Centers and the Social Psychiatric Competence Center Migration Central Rhineland. The project is primarily aimed at mentally distressed migrants and their relatives, but interested citizens are also welcome. The aim is to design accompaniment and support in such a way that barriers to the use of psychiatric assistance are broken down. For leisure activities in the areas of culture, language, creativity, exercise and education. Do the visitors have the opportunity to exchange ideas, make contacts and get information if necessary.

From Monday the employees of the atrium can be found in the premises of the health department at Kölner Straße 180. The current program is continued there.

Advisory and creative offers can take place in compliance with the prescribed safety and hygiene measures. However, the number of visitors is limited due to the corona pandemic. We therefore ask you to register in advance by calling 0211-69587079. The current opening times are: Mondays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
