According to Ade Rai, sports activities are very important to protect the body from the VOVID-19 pandemic. “The application of health protocols is not enough. In a pandemic condition like this, we also need protection from within, which does not only come from thoughts and energy, but also in terms of movement activities, namely sports,” said Ade Rai.
