Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Riyadh Chamber Digital Media Committee has revealed 6 cases where an individual does not need to issue a reliable license.
He explained that these cases are represented in the representation of daily life and individual preferences for food, clothing and more, and in travel lists for tourists where the individual does not receive a financial or in-kind return.
He indicated that the cases also include a real estate agent licensed by the Real Estate Authority promoting real estate under management or valuation accounts for restaurants and cafes.
Furthermore, the license is not issued to families who produce or market private products, while the subject is obliged to issue the license in the case of consideration in kind or material such as gifts and other beneficiary commercial entities.
