A 29-year-old man was killed in a traffic accident on Utrechtseweg in IJsselstein on Saturday evening. Four cars were involved in the collision, police said. Three people were also injured.
The fatal victim is one of the four drivers and comes from IJsselstein. Two of the injured were taken to hospital with unknown injuries. One person was treated on the spot.
Police are not yet sure what exactly happened. The Utrechtseweg is closed for investigation.
