DC Comics and Warner Bros Reveal New Games at Online Event | NOW

DC Comics and Warner Bros kicked off their first online event for fans under the name on Saturday night DC FanDome: Hall Thef Heroes. This 24-hour event is mainly about movies, but two new games were also revealed: Gotham Knights in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

Due to the corona crisis, the event is taking place online in two parts. The sequel is scheduled for September 12 under the name DC FanDome: Explore the Multiverse. Fans can view the entire program via the site free and live viewing. The timetable of the first part is here to find back.

One of the biggest announcements fans have been waiting for over a year is Gotham Knights. The game was developed by Warner Bros. Games Montréal, that earlier Batman: Arkham Origins released. The game is scheduled for release in 2021 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC.

After Batman himself dies, a group of superheroes take over in Gotham City. In the trailer can be seen how Batgirl takes on Mr. Freeze. In addition, there is almost eight minutes on gameplay released.

Also Rocksteady Studios, the team behind the Batman games Arkham City in Arkham Knight, has unveiled its new game with an expanded trailer. It shows that the game takes place in the same universe as the Batman games just mentioned. The four protagonists take on a pair of aliens and an evil version of Superman.

No images of the gameplay have been released yet. The game will be released for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X in 2022.
