The Stureplan pub Taverna Brillo goes bankrupt.
The try to restart the pub with new house owners failed, DI reviews.
– Sadly, now we have not succeeded in reversing the event after the reconstruction, says CEO Michael Porseryd.
The well-known tavern Taverna Brillo, situated at Stureplan in Stockholm, has filed for chapter.
The large and long-term cash issues that the pub has been coping with, lastly turned too troublesome.
“It is no secret that Taverna Brillo struggled with profitability for a very long time. Sadly, now we have not managed to reverse the pattern after the reconstruction”, says Michael Porseryd, CEO of Svenska Brassierer, which is the principle proprietor of Taverna Brillo, in keeping with the newspaper.
Superstar restaurateurs joined as co-owners
When the pub began up once more final autumn after the reconstruction, it was with the well-known restaurateurs Danyel Couet and Sebastian Thuresson as new co-owners. However regardless of the brand new possession construction, the Stureplan tavern couldn’t keep away from chapter.
Behind Taverna Brillo is the Swedish Brasseries group as the principle proprietor. In addition they run eating places resembling Riche, Teatergrillen, Sturehof and Gondolen.
The chapter trustee should now determine whether or not Taverna Brillo needs to be continued pending a potential new proprietor.
