Crowds of people took the shops by storm. Long queues form outside

Crowds of people went to shops all over the Czech Republic. From the morning, long queues formed in front of them. It was not different in one of the shopping centers in Prague. Although the center officially has opening hours from nine o’clock in the morning, people have been standing in front of closed shops since three-quarters to nine.

In front of stores where more customers were expected, there are stretched tapes that define the space where customers can stand. Then it is up to each of the operators to oversee the maximum number of customers inside. It is still true that each shopper must have 15 square meters of space for themselves.

In some stores, they check the capacity using the number of baskets, in others people take numbers, which they then return to when leaving the store. All shops and restaurants are open within the mentioned center. However, they only dispense food through the dispensing window. It is not allowed to eat at the tables.

From Thursday, hairdressers, pedicurists and beauticians can also provide their services again. However, they must comply with strict security measures. There can be only one customer per 15 square meters of business premises. In any case, hairdressing salons throughout the Czech Republic report huge interest from clients.

The city police also supervised compliance with the measures:
