The movie of Borderlands takes more shape as the celebrities who will bring the characters of the games to life are revealed. Through Hollywood Reporter, the filmmakers revealed that the boxer and actor Florian Munteanu will be in charge of giving life to Krieg, who perhaps you will remember for being a playable character in Borderlands 2. According to the information, it is a matter of time before the role he will play is confirmed, since both parties are in the final negotiations.
Florian Munteanu managed to capture Krieg’s personality
In the film, Krieg will be a kind of protector of Tiny Tina, a 13-year-old character who will be played by actress Ariana Greenblatt.
“Florian brings true humanity and multiple layers to a character who on the surface appears totally insane and brutally savage. Krieg was by far the most difficult role to play, and Florian brought it to life and captured it in a way that he didn’t know was possible. He’s going to be a great Krieg and he’ll be a perfect fit for our incredible cast, ”commented Roth.
