I am an itinerant trader on the markets of Auray, Carnac, Sainte-Anne-d´Auray and La Trinité-sur-Mer. The new prefectural order prevents us from carrying out our profession for 15 days, the chances of compensation seem low. Especially since we have perishable goods that we have under our arms: no one will reimburse us. It’s a real loss! This is why I wish to offer an alternative market on private land in the town of Carnac.
Why offer this alternative?
Many traders and customers believe that it is unfair that the markets are canceled while the big brands are not subject to any constraint! This is incomprehensible insofar as confined places are considered more problematic for the transmission of coronavirus … Concerning us, we are talking about a market where in addition, in this season, there are not many people … However, we do not ‘have no pay slips, we are extremely precarious My approach is militant.

It is not a market per se, but an alternative on private land. It will be in the open air and there is enough space. Solutions for washing and disinfecting hands will be proposed.
How are you going to organize yourself?
