[２２日 ロイター] – Chinese President Xi Jinping told the BRICS on Tuesday that the Chinese economy is resilient and the fundamentals for long-term growth have not changed.
“The Chinese economy has strong resilience, tremendous potential and great vitality,” he said in a prepared statement. China enjoys economic advantages such as a “super-large market”, a full-fledged industrial system, and an abundant and talented labor force. We will keep moving forward,” he said.
U.S. National Security Advisor Sullivan said on Thursday that transparency on China’s basic economic data had declined over the past few months. He also accused the Chinese government of cracking down on domestic groups that publish these indicators, accusing such behavior of being irresponsible.
