One player who has been rumored to be a target of Chelsea for several weeks is Kai Havertz. The playmaker is projected to replace Eden Hazard in the Chelsea squad next season.
According to British transfer experts, Ian McGarry, Chelsea began to move to secure Havertz’s signature. They reportedly had released the initial offer for the playmaker.
