VR46 is rumored to be taking over the place of satellite team Esponsorama Racing which will leave MotoGP at the end of the 2021 season. However, it is not yet known which manufacturer VR46 will cooperate with.

Ducati and Yamaha are said to be the manufacturers most likely to cooperate with the VR46. Rossi’s racing team is also known to have not yet determined the riders who will enter the line-up for the 2021 MotoGP.
