A 77-year-old woman, identified as Yolanda ‘N’, was shot to death by two alleged men on Calle Cerrada Cádiz Norte, in the Extremadura Insurgentes neighborhood of La Mayor Benito Juárez.
According to police versions, Yolanda there was been summoned by its tenant for the payment of a debt of 180 thousand pesos for two months for rent, but when the woman waited, two men shot her.
Elements of the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) of Mexico City and they arrested a person for these events, being the main suspect, which has already been presented before the Attorney General’s Office (FGJ) in the capital.
The elderly person received four bullet wounds, two in the right cheek and two more in the neck.
A strong police device was implemented in the area, and minutes after the crime, CdMx police chased one of the probable murderers who was still in the place.
The troops carried out the chase on foot, and in the street of Perugino, one of these subjects was arrested.
The man was transferred to Territorial Coordination Two, of the Benito Juárez mayor’s office, where his legal status will be determined.
