Rochel Sarikov strengthens CBRE Austria’s investment properties team. The 28-year-old from Vienna is responsible for the hotel property asset class and advises owners, developers and investors on buying and selling.
In order to achieve decisive added value for CBRE’s customers, Sarikov relies on holistic advice – from contract review and cash flow analysis to operator and investor exploration to the exit strategy.
Sarikov graduated from Modul University Vienna in 2017 with a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Hotel Real Estate. In 2014 he already received a diploma from Cornell University in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management.
Sarikov is completing his PhD in Real Estate Economics – with a specialization in hotel real estate as an alternative asset class for institutional funds – at Middlesex University in London.
Before moving to CBRE, Sarikov worked for Michaeler & Partner, a property consultant in Central and Eastern Europe, for several years. In addition to German, English and French, Sarikov also speaks the Italian, Russian and Bulgarian language. In 2013 and 2015 he was President of the University’s Hoteliers Association.
