Anker announces the new Soundcore Sleep A20 wireless headphone with enhanced features and design

Anker announced the new Soundcore Sleep A20 wireless headphone, which is an upgraded version of the Sleep A10 headphone, which is wireless headphones intended to be worn during sleep.

The wireless headset comes with several improvements and developments compared to the previous version, as the company promises a pure sound experience by providing stronger noise isolation, in addition to longer battery life, and other features such as adding an alarm clock and sleep tracking.

Regarding the design, the Sleep A20 headphone looks similar to the previous version, but the design of the new headphone from the side allows for a more comfortable sleep, and it is also equipped from the inside with new earplugs that the company claims are able to block noise three times more than traditional earphones, but the headphone It itself does not support the ANC active noise cancellation feature.

Anker claims that the earplugs in the headphone are able to block out loud sounds such as the sound of sawing wood, chopping logs, grinding gravel, or the sound of a sleeping partner’s snoring, in order to enjoy a deep and restful sleep.

The new Soundcore Sleep A20 speaker features a built-in alarm clock, which is a useful feature for couples or roommates who wake up at different times, to wake up without disturbing those around them.

The headphones also have a built-in library of “white noise” sounds that can be listened to in power saving mode without connecting via Bluetooth.

The A20 headset has a longer battery life, as the battery can provide 14 hours in sleep mode, and 10 hours when using Bluetooth.

The headphone features a compact design that takes the shape of the ear cavity without protruding outward, making it suitable for sleeping on the side. Soundcore also added silicone pads to all parts in contact with the ear.

If the headphone slips out while sleeping, it can be easily retrieved using the Find My Earbuds feature, as the headphone emits a tone to find it without wasting time searching for it.

One of the new additions to the headset is the automatic sleep monitoring feature, which can be accessed through the Soundcore application available for iOS and Android, but there are not enough details about it.

Anker will put the Souncore Sleep A20 headphone on sale next May, at a price of $150.
