The Commander of the Royal Police Academy, Brigadier General Fawaz Al-Hassan, headed the delegation of the Ministry of Interior participating in the work of the thirteenth conference of officials of security training and qualification institutions in Arab countries, which was held in the city of Baghdad in the sisterly Republic of Iraq, with the participation of the General Secretariat of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers and Naif Arab University for Security Sciences. In the conference proceedings, Brigadier General Fawaz Al-Hassan reviewed the experience of the Royal Police Academy during the Corona pandemic, in ensuring the continuity of work on providing training and educational programs, and taking precautionary measures to preserve the safety of students and the educational and administrative staff, noting the academy’s keenness to learn about the experiences of brotherly and friendly countries in Various training and educational aspects, and benefiting from these experiences and exchanging experiences with them, in a way that contributes to raising the level of training and capacity building. The conference discussed the model vision for the method of remote security training and rehabilitation, and reviewed the pros and cons of remote training and rehabilitation, and the repercussions of the Corona pandemic on security training and rehabilitation programs in the Arab world.
