a minor released in the stabbing case in Avrillé in November 2020

The judicial investigation opened following stabbing between minors designated this minor as “sponsor” of the punitive expedition of November 13, 2020. He asked before the investigating chamber of the court of appeal of Angers, and obtained, his release.

The second minor who remained in detention, the alleged perpetrator of the stabbing, is unfavorably known to the courts. The Angers public prosecutor specifies that investigations are still ongoing.
