A man threatened to jump off the roof of his house after his brandy was looted. The reason is that the alcohol was sold without permission and the authorities staged an action to confiscate it.
The story is from the Kosovar village of Velika Hocha. A large crowd of local residents gathered in front of their fellow villager’s house after customs and police officers came to seize 42,000 liters of brandy.
The owner of the building, Sarjan Petrovic, tied himself to a pole in protest, and his son Milan climbed onto the roof and threatened to jump. The footage also shows Milan’s mother crying and asking him not to jump.
Two trucks also arrived on the spot, into which the grappa will be poured. Local media reported that the police pushed the gathered crowd aside. The intervention of special forces was also imposed.
