The Almada Court today sentenced Abel Fragoso, a driver who mortally ran over the 17-year-old sister of Yannick Djaló, to 16 years in prison.
The panel of judges proved the facts of the accusation, condemning the 22-year-old defendant for a completed felony and 11 homicides in the attempted form, in addition to an accessory penalty of driving for four years.
The run over occurred at the Moita Festival, Setúbal, in September 2018.
