Female Murderer in Margonda Residence Akui Has Prepared Hammer Before Meeting the Victim

Not long after, the victim was increasingly weak until unconscious. At that time, FM admitted that he did not know whether the victim had passed out or had died.

Then, the victim was raised to the bed, then the perpetrators tied the legs, hands, and covered the victim’s mouth using tape.

“Then I tied his hands, I mouth duct tape. I want to come out afraid he woke up screaming, “he explained.

Meanwhile, Depok Metro Police Chief, Commissioner Pol Azis Andriansyah, said, for his actions the perpetrators were threatened with being charged under Article 340 of the Criminal Code concerning murder planned, in conjunction with Article 365 of the Criminal Code concerning theft by violence, because the perpetrators carried away a number of the victim’s property.

“Our perpetrators think Article 340 of the Criminal Code jo Article 365 of the Criminal Code, with the maximum threat of life imprisonment or the death penalty,” he concluded. (DWI PUTRA KESUMA)
