Intisari-Online.com – Despite suffering from a disease that made his body condition continue to weaken, Stephen Hawking continued to work until the end of his life.
Starting with his doctoral thesis in 1966, his groundbreaking work continued relentlessly until his final paper in 2018 was completed just days before his death at the age of 76.
Even after he died, his name continued to be discussed because one by one the theories that he had put forward proved to be true later on.
There are at least four Stephen Hawking’s theory which has now been proven true.

1. The Big Bang Theory
Hawking got off to a great start with his doctoral thesis, written at a critical time when there was a fierce debate between two competing cosmological theories, the Big Bang Theory and the Steady State Theory.
Both theories accept that the universe is expanding, but the first assumes the universe expanded from an ultra-compact and super-dense state at a finite time in the past.
The second assumes the universe has been expanding forever, with new matter constantly being created to maintain a constant density.
In his thesis, Hawking showed that the explanation of the Steady State theory is mathematically contradictory to the theory itself.
