45356 E.-Bochold / 44625 Herne-Holsterhausen: A 40-year-old from Herne wanted to register a VW Touran with the road traffic office in Herne on December 10th last year – it turned out that the report for the general inspection was falsified . Both the car and the papers for the car were seized. Whether the vehicle is stolen is the subject of the investigation.
The 40-year-old photographed the two men when the car was handed over on November 22, 2020 because the situation seemed strange to him. With these pictures the police are now looking for the unknown:
