Wow! After REAL, Yusuf Mansur Enters These 2 Stocks Again!

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia Ustaz Yusuf Mansur, the head of the Daarul Qur’an Islamic Boarding School, and also the owner of an asset management company PT Paytren Aset Manajemen (Paytren) has entered into large non-market cap stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

After buying 6 million lots (600 million shares) of property and real estate issuer PT Repower Asia Indonesia Tbk (REAL) in early August at a price of Rp 50/share worth Rp 30 billion, Yusuf Mansur entered other stocks.

One of them is PT Zebra Nusantara Tbk (ZBRA), a land transportation company that was acquired and converted into health services by Rudi Tanoesoedibjo.

Yusuf Mansur entered Zebra Nusantara through a consortium. Zebra Nusantara is a business unit that is affiliated with DNR Corporation where this company runs its business units in terms of online and offline logistics throughout Indonesia.

One more stock, namely issuer of ready mix and precast concrete producers PT Berkah Beton Sadaya (BEBS), whose shares rose 24.37 percent on Tuesday (24/8), to Rp 740 with a transaction of Rp 49.8 billion.

BEBS was first listed on the IDX on March 10, 2021. At that time the company offered as many as 2 billion shares in an initial public offering (IPO) or equivalent to 22.22% shares, with an initial price of Rp 100/share.

From this corporate action, the company pocketed fresh funds of Rp 200 billion.

53.67 percent of the proceeds from the public offering were used to purchase a plot of land with an area of 74,045 square meters with a transaction value of Rp 103 billion. The rest will be used for capital expenditure (capex).

“The digital side will always be interesting, because the future, God’s permission, any face, digital, plus the logistics ecosystem, food, medicine, and in the media industry related to Covid, in logistics for example ZBRA helps distribute Bulog rice aid throughout the land water, together with PT Pos… so you can do good deeds too. The mansurmology is right,” he said on his Instagram account @Yusufmansurnew.

This was also confirmed when CNBC Indonesia contacted Ustadh YM, his nickname, this Wednesday (25/8).

“I see ZBRA through DNR as a complete part and can implement the integrated concept end-to-end supply chain solution for various kinds of logistics activities as well as offline and online distribution throughout Indonesia, so that it can answer the needs of the people who are fast-paced, efficient, and at a more affordable price,” said YM.

Meanwhile, in June 2021 Yusuf Mansur has pressed a cooperation contract with BEBS through PT Apel Mas Indonesia (AMI), YM’s drinking water company. The cooperation worth Rp 125 billion will be used to build an AMI mineral water factory.

“There is no wedge between BEBS, REAL and BABP [Bank MNC Internasional]. These are three different entities. This is what I convey to my friends in the media. The meeting point, only I match the 3-3. But as a company, there are no slices. Don’t know the future. Maybe something good or something. The name today is the era of collaboration,” said YM.

It’s just that the amount of BEBS’s share purchase by Yusuf Mansur has not been explained.

He also reminded that stock investors must be careful because in this investment there are stowaways. He did not do the ‘pompom’ certain stocks.

“Thank you. Pray for friends. Those who are relaxed about investing in stocks. Don’t be carried away by the market. Hopefully everything can be fundamentally, really beautiful. So, friends, you can invest in the long term by becoming real investors.”

“Sholluu ‘alannabiyy…btw…a lot of stowaways in every stock. They take advantage of every news. So don’t be surprised if stocks are brought up and down without morals. Mansurmology is used, so there’s never anything to lose. Just re-read old articles and videos about mansurmology. It’s not just about long-term breathing as an investor, but a lot of questions, it should be pretty cool.”
