The woman with the initials FW (21) was found dead in a shop on Jl Dr Semeru, West Bogor, Bogor city. The victim is believed to have been murdered by his girlfriend, Rahmat Agil alias Alung.
“The victim is female, her status is still a girl (not married). 21 years old,” said West Bogor Police Chief Commissioner Sudar in a statement to journalists, Sunday (3/12/2023).
Victim FW was found dead by residents in a shop on Saturday (2/12) evening. When found, there were bruises on the victim’s nose and cheeks.
“There were several wounds on the victim’s body, namely on the nose, then on the cheek. If you can see the wounds, this was due to compression, yes, because there were several wounds on the nose, after we processed the crime scene, the results were temporary,” said Sudar.
Sudar said the perpetrator of the murder was arrested not long after information about the discovery of the body. The perpetrator was Rahmat Agil alias Alung, who was none other than his own girlfriend.
“We have immediately arrested the perpetrator. The perpetrator (aka snama) Rahmat Agil alias Alung. His own girlfriend. They have been in a relationship for a long time, they have known each other for a long time,” he added.
Currently Alung is still under intensive examination at West Bogor Police Headquarters. The motive is still being investigated.
“We are still investigating the motive. Later we will hand it over to the police (Bogor City Police) because there are crime scenes in several places,” said Sudar.
