San Sebastian – At the German women’s soccer champions VfL Wolfsburg, anticipation and hope for victory prevail before the Champions League final on Sunday (8 p.m. / Sport 1) against defending champion Olympique Lyon.
After the final training session in San Sebastian, trainer Stephan Lerch announced that there were no injured or ailing players and that he could thus provide the optimal formation for the final.
“We are the challenger, but we believe that we can do it,” said Lerch. You need a perfect day to beat the top team from Lyon, said Lerch. «We believe in our strengths and want to stress Lyon.
