With a positive balance the strict quarantine ends in the first 8 locations

The towns of Ciudad Bolívar, San Cristóbal, Rafael Uribe Uribe, Chapinero, Santa Fe, Usme, Los Mártires and Tunjuelito finish the strict quarantine today with a positive result. Despite the good behavior of the majority of citizens, in the midst of the inspection, surveillance and control operations carried out by the Government Secretariat, together with the Local Mayors and the Metropolitan Police of Bogotá, 1,962 appearings were imposed on citizens who went out to the street without masks, 3,045 to those who failed to comply with the measures decreed in the strict quarantine areas, 1,423 to establishments that opened despite the fact that their economic activity was not within the exceptions, and 2,733 traffic appeals were applied.

In the towns of Bosa, Antonio Nariño, Kennedy, Puente Aranda and Fontibón, which began the strict quarantine on July 23, 1,910 covid tests have already been carried out and 8,605 humanitarian aid have been delivered.

These coming weeks are decisive for overcoming this health crisis, for this reason a call is made to continue respecting the measures decreed to protect the health and life of all.
