Wild chase in Groningen ends in ditch Inland

The driver chose the hare trail at around 4:30 when officers wanted to check the car. The police lost sight of the car during the chase that followed, but found it not much later in the water along the Drouwenerstraat.

A suspect was arrested on the spot. A second occupant fled and has not yet been found. The emergency services searched for more occupants in the water, but found no one.
