Forecasts indicate bad weather in Italy, with heavy rains and thunderstorms also everywhere in the North and scattered rainfall, starting on Wednesday 3 June, worsening from Thursday. According to the Air Force forecast for the next few days Italy will be affected by a wave of bad weather over several regions. Thursday 04 June North rains will occur, with an afternoon increase, on high Lombardy, central-eastern Liguria and Friuli-Venezia Giulia; from the evening improvement on the western sector and on Emilia. In the center and in Sardinia: expected cloudiness extended over all peninsular regions, more consistent over the Tyrrhenian and Umbria regions with rains, showers and thunderstorms first over Tuscany and from late morning also over Umbria and Marche; from the afternoon intensification on the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan Apennines and some rainstorms on northern Sardinia and Lazio; from the evening, rainfall spread over the entire central-western sector. In the South and in Sicily: clear skies on the island, alternation of light spells and not very significant cloud coverings over the Ionian areas, veils also compact elsewhere with gradual worsening in the evening and night on the upper Campania. Temperatures minimums will increase on the Piedmont plain, eastern Alps, central-southern Adriatic, Ionian regions, northern Sicily and Sardinia, stationary on the remaining territory; while declining highs on Tuscany, Umbria and Marche, more determined in the North, rising on eastern Sardinia, Tyrrhenian Sicily and Ionian regions, without significant variations elsewhere.

On Monday, compact densities almost everywhere with associated rainfall, predominantly backhand or thunderstorm, more intense on northeastern Sardinia and Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
