The video showed that a car caught fire as one of the tanks was discharging the fuel load into the designated tanks.
And the monitored video, a small car stopped and when the driver got out and closed the door, it looked like a spark had ignited in the gasoline leaking to the ground.
The spark also caused a fire under the small car, which prompted the commander of the tanker to attempt to escape with the truck from the site, which led to the separation of the cartridge intended for emptying the fuel into the tanks on the ground.
