Russia does not abandon plans to surround and capture the capital of Ukraine. For this, weapons and military equipment are being transferred to Belarus and the territory of the occupied Crimea.

“At the same time, the Russian military leadership is carrying out the transfer of weapons and military equipment from the military districts to the territory of Belarus and the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea. The goal is to attempt to prepare and implement offensive actions to encircle the city of Kyiv,” the message says.
