TOKYO, KOMPAS.com – A designer Japan launching new innovations in the form of public toilet transparent.
However, when the toilet is used, it is not transparent because the glass walls become opaque.
The famous Japanese architect Shigeru Ban said that this innovation was intended so that people could quickly know whether the toilet was being used or not.

In addition, visitors can also immediately find out whether the toilet is clean or dirty. Because public toilets are synonymous with dirty and smelly.
Public toilet is located in Tokyo’s Fukamachi Yoyogi Mini Park and Haru-no-Ogawa Community Park.
Meanwhile, the toilets at Fukamachi Yoyogi Mini Park are colored orange, pink, and purple to enliven the scenery at the playground.

“There are two things we worry about when entering public toilets, especially those located in parks,” Ban said on the quoted project website. Daily Mail Tuesday (18/8/2020).

This new facility replaces two old public toilets near Yoyogi Park in Shibuya.
This toilet consists of three separate booths, one each for men, women, and people with disabilities.
