A violent stabbing took place in Arnhem on Friday evening. According to The Gelderlander several people were injured and at least 25 officers were on the scene.
Emergency services turned out en masse for the incident. In addition to massive police deployment, a trauma helicopter was also present.
A spokesman for the police has little to say about the incident. She says she is aware of a fight in which one person is said to have stabbed. But she could not say anything about the number of injured.
Also The Gelderlander writes that the stabbing was the result of a fight that got out of hand. The incident took place near Musis & Stadstheater in the center of the city.
The area around the theater has been cordoned off by officers. According to the newspaper, the police have launched a search to find the perpetrator.
