A video has surfaced on social media showing a young man washing a horse, presumably at a car wash. The frightened animal began to kick and lost its balance.
Judging by the indicated date, the event occurred on May 27, 2023 at approximately 20 pm.
“Cruelty to animals,” the text of the publication says and the account of the police department of the Enbekshikazakh district (Almaty region) is tagged.

The editorial office turned to the press service of the police department of the Almaty region for a comment. Presumably the footage was filmed in this region.
